Our community Recovery sessions are held 6 times a week, but you can also book other times by request, or you can book in your team or club in for a private recovery session at Versus.

Not only does cold exposure reduces inflammation, swelling & muscles soreness, it is also linked to improved quality of sleep, greater mental focus and will speed up recovery after exercise. Choose Recovery VERSUS rest to fully optimise your potential. We will coach you through your first experience in our cold tub to help maximise your results. Think of the cold as your meditation pressure cooker. There is power in the cold. Come and try it for yourself and see why so many of our clients make it part of their weekly routine.

What if I told you that sauna use (HOT sauna - above 80 degrees. You’re not going to find that in an infrared) for around 20 minutes, once per week has been shown to decrease your all cause mortality risk - let me spell that out for you.. literally EVERY way you can die, with the exception of an accident - by over 20%. That’s HUGE! and it actually increases with usage. Sauna 4 times per week and you’re nearly doubling that percentage. I quite like life. Living. Feeling great. Why not join us? When else would you carve out 20 minutes of your day to rest, switch off from devices, from work and family demands and just have some down time? Our gorgeous custom built sauna seats 6 people and is available in assigned hours or for group bookings at other times by request.
